For our Performance Electric Height Desks, first, you need to raise or lower your desk to the height you’d like to save. Then you hold down one of the number buttons and either the up or down arrow (doesn’t matter which) at the same time. Hold those two buttons at the same time until you see a P1-4 flash on your screen (it will be whichever number you are holding after the P). It will then be set and programmed to remember that height when you press the numbered button. Other manufacture instructions for their electric height desks are also available.
