During our renovation project, Source Office Furniture was the most responsive, competent and solution-oriented vendor with whom we dealt. From Chief Wan (our main sales contact) to each of the delivery and installation personnel, things were performed when promised with a smile and conscientiousness.

It has been a pleasure dealing with you and your staff to get a usable office environment setup at RUH for my staff. As for your products, we are very pleased with both the price point and the quality. The desks that raise and lower are the BEST investment and I would recommend to anyone to meet the ergonomic challenges we face in office environments. I would not hesitate to recommend Source Furnishings to anyone.

The College of Dental Technologists of Ontario would like to thank Mr. Alex Klebnikoff for his invaluable advice and guidance, from design and procurement through to delivery, set-up and after-service. He ensured the new furniture selected for the CEO was design aesthetic, ergonomic and conducive to an open door policy. In my role as Purchasing Agent with Homeland Housing I deal with multiple organizations on a daily basis and sometimes those organizations are a challenge to work with. I just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you for the service that we've received. The process was smooth and communication was great for keeping me in the loop. We were quoted a delivery time on Tuesday between 11 - 2. The guys showed up at about 1:30 and were super fast in and out. The carpet in the room the desk was going to be in wasn't in the best shape, but they still removed their shoes before entering the room. So thank you to them as well for their service and for being so polite. The install guys this morning arrived pretty much exactly on time, 7:30 as scheduled. They were very friendly and very polite as well. They were personable and made sure I was completely happy with the final project. They did a wonderful install job and even left room for me to access my wall outlets too (some people don't think about that). The desk is beautiful and it fits exactly as I pictured. I wanted to thank your team for an amazing purchasing experience with Source. Our sales person was so helpful even when we changed our plan multiple times, and he was prompt with responses and provided multiple options and drawings. The installation/delivery booking was simple and the delivery guys were very professional. They even removed their shoes prior to entering my home. I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service that we received from Debbie Fornazar. She handled our queries and processed our order in a timely manner, we received our follow-up call from Source, and had a seamless delivery. Overall, it made for a great customer experience!

We had a desk delivered and assembled on Mon., April 20th. When the person who came in to assembly the desk opened the box it was discovered that the top was damaged. As per his instructions, he assembled the desk so that it could be used until we have a replacement top shipped to us. This afternoon two gentlemen came with the replacement top, re-assembled the desk,, very quickly. They were quick, efficient, friendly, did a great job and even cleaned the desk and tidied up around where they worked before leaving. Just wanted to let you know that Danny & Ron did a great job and were very professional. Thanks for your help.

Our experience shopping at the Langley branch was not only informative but fun! Brad really went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. I was dealing with Joanne Nolan with some office furniture for my new office space. Wasn’t a huge purchase but she treated me as if I was a big purchase, and made the whole thing as simple as it could. I had 2 billion things going sideways at the time and was in Vegas before taking possession of my new space, and the furniture was one more thing that went sideways, it was my fault and poor measuring, but she put the whole thing at ease.

Associated Engineering’s Burnaby office has used Source Office Furnishings for many years and have found the service to be exemplary. From our first point of contact with Alex, our rep, to the install and delivery of the furniture, we have never been able to find fault. Alex has excellent product knowledge so can provide options and alternatives, he has even called by the office when we have challenging configurations, in order to solve our problem. The install staff are prompt and courteous and they even take away the cardboard after everything is installed. Excellent cost and excellent service.

I would like to say that my encounter with Alex Later from Source Office Furnishings has been nothing but marvelous, he is very professional and always works with me on my deadlines. He has done numerous jobs for us at Bridge Studios and has always taken his time with me and priced out everything in an well-ordered understanding way.I will continue working with Alex for future projects.

It was our good fortune that we had Samir as our office design consultant when we called on the Source Office Furniture to help us with redesigning our office after a flood. Samir has good knowledge of the products he is selling and most of all good design ideas that helped us utilize the space we have.
