Product Guarantee If for any reason a product does not meet the manufacturer’s warranted performance, we will replace it as per the warranty. Pricing All published prices are subject to change without notice; orders will be billed at prices in effect at date of order. Our prices as shown are exclusive of HST, GST, and PST. Installation Need some assistance with the installation of your new office? You can count on our outstanding delivery and installation staff to bring your project together quickly and seamlessly. Speak to one of our Furniture Specialists or Account Executives for more detail. Shipping/Delivery Handling and freight charges may apply. Claims  Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be reported to your sales consultant within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Payment terms Source Office Furnishings will retain title to and ownership of the goods until payment has been received in full. Source reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 1 1/2% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) on any overdue amounts. In the event that Source Office Furnishings decides, at its sole discretion, to use the services of a collection company or lawyer to collect past due amounts, then all reasonable costs associated with collection will be due to Source in addition to the principal and interest. Source offers are reasonable returns policy to its customers; A customer may return any unused item (in its original packaging) within 30 days of receipt. Our return procedure is as follows:

• Contact the Source Office Furniture location where the product was purchased.
• Provide your invoice number and reason for return.
• Goods must be in new condition, unassembled, and in the original packaging with UPC code if applicable. Condition of goods to be verified by the store before refund or exchange is given.
• With prior authorization, goods will be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, credit, or full refund.
• All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
• No returns or refunds on custom or special-order items.
• All returns or exchanges will be subject to a delivery fee.
